Pearl Noire (Black Pearl)-alias Joi is a new face and voice to the Illawarra who hails from the UK and in particular the East London area. She is a vocalist whose voice has been likened to velvet tones and Dark Chocolate on a lovers tongue. Blues Bessie mama and Black magic diva are a few terms also used recently in reviews about her debut CD "Aint all Blues" one review called it ‘note tight’.
